Eddie McGrath

Eddie McGrath is the Founder and CEO of Rockland Recovery Group, a Massachusetts-based addiction treatment organization offering a full continuum of care across sober living, clinical services, and family support. In long-term recovery himself for more than 13 years, Eddie opened Rockland’s first sober-living home in 2017 and has since helped grow it into a large recovery network known for its person-centered approach – named a Boston Business Journal Best Place to Work three years running. He writes on leadership, philanthropy, and what it takes to run a treatment organization the right way. Eddie and his wife Kelley, also in long-term recovery, have five children and are actively involved in a multitude of philanthropic work.
