What happens after I submit the form?

Which programs do you offer?
Detox, Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), integrated mental health and dual diagnosis care, and virtual IOP/PHP anywhere in Massachusetts. Your clinical assessment recommends the level of care; most clients step down through levels with the same team.
Will my insurance cover treatment?
Most private plans cover detox, PHP, and IOP. We're in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Beacon, AllWays, Unicare, MVP, Priority Health, CDPHP, and other carriers. Submit the form and we'll confirm your specific coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

Can I keep working or going to school during treatment?
Yes. IOP is built for exactly that, with day and evening tracks. PHP is more time-intensive but you return home each evening. Many employers and schools accommodate treatment schedules under FMLA or similar policies — we can help you understand what applies.

Braintree, Sharon, Bedford, and Quincy, Massachusetts — accessible from Boston, the South Shore, MetroWest, and Route 128. Our virtual IOP and PHP programs are available anywhere in the state.
