Three Mental Health Treatment Centers in Massachusetts
Outpatient mental health care in Quincy, Sharon, and Bedford. Every location offers the same clinical programs, so you can choose the one that's easiest to get to.
Too far to travel? We also run virtual programs across Massachusetts, same clinicians, same clinical structure, from home. Not sure which option fits your schedule or your insurance? Call (855) 732-4842 and we'll help you pick, verify your benefits, and book an assessment, often the same day.
Treatment That Fits Around Your Life
Come to one of our centers, join from home, or move between the two. Either way, you sleep in your own bed.
In person at one of our centers
Quincy, Sharon, or Bedford, whichever is easiest to get to. Day and evening tracks, so treatment works around a job, school, or family instead of replacing them.
Or virtually, from home
The same clinical programs with the same licensed Massachusetts clinicians, delivered securely online. Useful if the drive is long, childcare is tight, or you'd simply rather start from home.
With a team behind you either way
Your assessment sets the starting level of care and we adjust it as you go. If at any point a different level would serve you better, including a higher one, we'll help you get there.
Conditions We Treat
Personalized outpatient treatment for moderate to severe mental health conditions, including when substance use is part of the picture.
Depression
Structured outpatient care for moderate to severe and treatment-resistant depression.
Anxiety & Panic
Treatment for generalized anxiety, panic, and related disorders, with CBT and exposure.
Bipolar Disorder
Mood stabilization and structured therapy, with medication management when needed.
Trauma & PTSD
Trauma-focused outpatient treatment that processes the root, not just the symptoms.
Co-Occurring (Dual Diagnosis)
When mental health and substance use happen together, we treat both in one plan.
Personality Disorders
DBT-informed care for borderline personality disorder and emotion-regulation challenges.

Which Level of Care Is Right for You?
You don't need to know this before you call, your assessment decides it. But here's what the options look like, from most structured to least.
PHP
Partial Hospitalization Program
Our most structured level. Full days of clinical care at one of our centers, and you go home each night. Best if symptoms are severe or you've recently left a hospital.
IOP
Intensive Outpatient Program
Structured therapy that still leaves room to work, parent, or study. Day and evening tracks. This is where most people start.
Outpatient
Standard Outpatient Care
Weekly individual therapy and medication management, for ongoing maintenance or stepping down once you've stabilized.
Most Major Insurance Plans Accepted
In-network with Massachusetts and national carriers. Free benefits verification, usually within an hour.
One thing to know up front: we accept most major commercial plans, but we are unable to accept MassHealth, Medicare, or other state-funded plans. If that's your coverage, call us anyway, our team will help you find a provider who can take it.
How We Treat Mental Health
Delivered by licensed Massachusetts clinicians as one integrated plan.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Reshape the thought patterns driving depression and anxiety.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
Trauma-Focused Therapy
Process trauma and PTSD at the root, safely and structured.
Medication Management
Psychiatric providers manage medication as part of your plan, not in isolation.
Group Therapy
Heal alongside people working through the same challenges.
Relapse & Aftercare Planning
A plan to hold your progress as you step down through levels of care.

Licensed Clinicians Who Treat the Whole Person
Our team includes licensed mental health counselors (LMHC), clinical social workers (LICSW), and psychiatric providers, working from one integrated treatment plan across all three centers.
When the same team understands your depression, your anxiety, and anything underneath it, the work doesn't stall every time one part flares up.
What People Ask Before Starting
Where are your mental health treatment centers located?
We have three outpatient mental health treatment centers in Massachusetts:
Quincy — 1515 Hancock Street, Suite 300, Quincy, MA 02169
Sharon — 374 Old Post Road, Sharon, MA 02067
Bedford — 209 Burlington Road, Suite 203, Bedford, MA 01730
Between them we serve Boston, the South Shore, MetroWest, and the northwest suburbs. Virtual options are also available if getting to a center is difficult.
Do you offer inpatient or overnight care?
Our programs are outpatient, so you attend during the day or evening and go home at night. For most people that's the appeal, you get real clinical structure without stepping away from your job, your family, or your routine.
If your assessment suggests a higher level of care would serve you better, our admissions team will help you find the right place, at no cost. And many people come to us after an inpatient stay, as their next step down.
What is outpatient mental health treatment?
Structured clinical care you attend while living at home, several days a week for PHP or IOP, or weekly for standard outpatient. You get group and individual therapy and, when needed, medication management, without staying overnight. It's the step up from weekly therapy when symptoms are moderate to severe.
What's the difference between PHP and IOP?
PHP (partial hospitalization) is the more intensive level, usually five days a week, around six hours a day, for people who need a lot of structure. IOP (intensive outpatient) is lighter, around three days a week for three hours, and fits people balancing treatment with work or family. Many people start in PHP and step down to IOP, then to standard outpatient. Your assessment decides which one, you don't need to work it out beforehand.
How soon can I be seen?
Often the same day. Call us and we'll do a brief phone assessment, verify your insurance, usually within the hour, and get you scheduled at whichever location works best for you.
What conditions do you treat?
Depression, anxiety and panic, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders such as borderline personality disorder, and co-occurring mental health and substance use (dual diagnosis). Care is tailored to your needs.
Will my insurance cover treatment?
Most major commercial plans cover outpatient mental health treatment, including PHP and IOP. We're in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United, Beacon, AllWays, Unicare, and others. We are unable to accept MassHealth, Medicare, or state-funded plans. Call or submit the form and we'll verify your specific coverage, often within an hour.
Can I keep working or going to school?
Yes, that's the point of outpatient care. IOP and standard outpatient are built around work, school, and family, and we run evening tracks for exactly that reason. PHP is more time-intensive but you still return home each night.
You don't have to wait until it gets worse.
If weekly therapy isn't enough, our outpatient centers in Quincy, Sharon, and Bedford give you real structure and clinical support while you stay home, keep working, and stay close to the people who matter.
Call us, or fill out the form. We'll listen, verify your insurance, and walk you through your options. No commitment, no judgment.
